Rustoleum Hard Hat Galva Zinc 2185 is a high-performance zinc-rich primer designed to provide cathodic protection to bare and galvanised steel surfaces. Containing 90% pure zinc in the dry paint film, this primer offers exceptional corrosion resistance, making it ideal for environments where metal surfaces are exposed to harsh conditions. It has been tested to withstand 500 hours of salt spray (DIN 50021 SS), demonstrating its durability and effectiveness in protecting against rust and corrosion.
This fast-drying primer is based on an epoxy ester resin, ensuring strong adhesion and a robust protective layer. It can be recoated within one hour and is also compatible with Hard Hat metallic sprays for additional topcoating. This product is particularly suitable for applications requiring long-lasting protection and reinforcement of galvanised steel or exposed metal surfaces.

If the item is not stock or is currently out of stock, it may take up to 7 working days for you to receive your order. Please note that no orders are processed over the Weekend, Bank Holidays or Christmas period.
All orders are checked thoroughly before sending them to you. You may return stock items only up to 14 days from the order being accepted. However bespoke items that are made to order, or items ordered in for you, may not be returned unless faulty. We will only accept returns of these items if they are defective.
