Rustoleum Surface Primer is a versatile, quick-drying primer designed to ensure a strong bond for spray painting on a range of surfaces, including bare or painted wood, metal, ceramics, plaster, and masonry. It effectively blocks stains, discolourations, and surface irregularities, providing a smoother and more uniform base for subsequent paint layers.
Available in white, red, and grey, this primer features a fast-drying formula that can be sanded either wet or dry, allowing for a refined finish. It is easy to clean up with soap and water, enhancing convenience during application. If the item is not stock or is currently out of stock, it may take up to 7 working days for you to receive your order. Please note that no orders are processed over the Weekend, Bank Holidays or Christmas period.
All orders are checked thoroughly before sending them to you. You may return stock items only up to 14 days from the order being accepted. However bespoke items that are made to order, or items ordered in for you, may not be returned unless faulty. We will only accept returns of these items if they are defective.
