Rustoleum Hard Hat Galva Plus 2120 is a specialised fast-drying zinc/aluminium coating designed to match the appearance of new galvanised metal. It is ideal for touching up or repairing galvanised surfaces, ensuring a seamless and consistent finish. The coating is formulated with a lower zinc content and more aluminium, providing a silver finish that closely resembles freshly galvanised metal.
Based on an epoxy ester resin, this product offers robust protection against corrosion. It has demonstrated strong resistance in salt spray testing, withstanding 310 hours under DIN 50021 SS standards. The inclusion of pure zinc and aluminium pigments enhances its protective properties, making it a reliable choice for maintaining and extending the life of galvanised surfaces.
We try to process all orders within 24 hours from reception of the order. They are then sent via a next day delivery service. As such our delivery time from order is 2-3 working days. If the item is not stock or is currently out of stock, it may take up to 7 working days for you to receive your order. All orders are checked thoroughly before sending them to you. You may return stock items only up to 14 days from the order being accepted. However bespoke items that are made to order, or items ordered in for you, may not be returned unless faulty. We will only accept returns of these items if they are defective.
