Rustoleum Hard Hat Galva Zinc Alu 2117 is a versatile zinc-rich primer and topcoat that combines the protective benefits of zinc with the aesthetic appeal of aluminium particles. Designed to provide a sparkling aluminium finish, this product offers a balanced compromise between traditional zinc sprays and aluminium sprays.
Formulated with pure zinc and aluminium pigments, Galva Zinc Alu 2117 provides effective cathodic protection, helping to prevent rust and corrosion. The coating has been tested to resist 340 hours of salt spray (DIN 50021 SS), demonstrating its durability and suitability for challenging environments. Its fast-drying epoxy ester resin base ensures strong adhesion and a quick turnaround, making it a practical choice for both new applications and touch-ups.
We try to process all orders within 24 hours from reception of the order. They are then sent via a next day delivery service. As such our delivery time from order is 2-3 working days. If the item is not stock or is currently out of stock, it may take up to 7 working days for you to receive your order. Please note that no orders are processed over the Weekend, Bank Holidays or Christmas period.
All orders are checked thoroughly before sending them to you. You may return stock items only up to 14 days from the order being accepted. However bespoke items that are made to order, or items ordered in for you, may not be returned unless faulty. We will only accept returns of these items if they are defective.
