Rustoleum Hard Hat Anti-Corrosive Primer is a fast-drying primer designed for use on new or slightly rusty surfaces, offering robust protection against corrosion. It penetrates deeply into the surface, effectively preventing rust formation and ensuring a strong foundation for topcoats. The primer is available in grey (for light-coloured topcoats) and red (for dark-coloured topcoats), providing optimal coverage and compatibility with a variety of finishes.
This primer is based on a short oil soya alkyd formulation, which enhances its durability and drying speed. It is ready to recoat within one hour or after 48 hours, and can be handled 30 minutes after application. Importantly, Rustoleum Hard Hat Anti-Corrosive Primer is free of lead and chromate, making it a safer choice without compromising on performance.
We try to process all orders within 24 hours from reception of the order. They are then sent via a next day delivery service. As such our delivery time from order is 2-3 working days. If the item is not stock or is currently out of stock, it may take up to 7 working days for you to receive your order. Please note that no orders are processed over the Weekend, Bank Holidays or Christmas period.
All orders are checked thoroughly before sending them to you. You may return stock items only up to 14 days from the order being accepted. However bespoke items that are made to order, or items ordered in for you, may not be returned unless faulty. We will only accept returns of these items if they are defective.
