Rustoleum Hard Hat Heat Resistant Paint is designed to endure high temperatures, making it suitable for applications exposed to continuous heat up to 650°C, with peak temperatures reaching 750°C. This paint is ideal for use on bare metal or slightly rusted surfaces, making it well-suited for engines, heat cannons, pipes, vents, and other high-heat environments.
Formulated with a silicone-modified alkyd resin, this heat-resistant coating provides durability and resilience under extreme conditions. It is available in black and aluminium finishes, offering both functional and aesthetic options. The paint is free from lead and chromate pigments, enhancing its safety profile. It can be handled after just 3 hours at 20°C, allowing for efficient application and project completion.
We try to process all orders within 24 hours from reception of the order. They are then sent via a next day delivery service. As such our delivery time from order is 2-3 working days. If the item is not stock or is currently out of stock, it may take up to 7 working days for you to receive your order. Please note that no orders are processed over the Weekend, Bank Holidays or Christmas period.
All orders are checked thoroughly before sending them to you. You may return stock items only up to 14 days from the order being accepted. However bespoke items that are made to order, or items ordered in for you, may not be returned unless faulty. We will only accept returns of these items if they are defective.
