Rustoleum Hard Hat Stain Block Primer is a high-pigmented, matt white primer designed to effectively isolate and cover problem stains such as nicotine, soot, tar, and rust. It also addresses issues related to moisture, graffiti, and other discolourations. Formulated with a plasticised acrylic resin, this primer offers exceptional opacity and a non-yellowing finish.
The primer is touch dry within 5-10 minutes and reaches tack-free status in 10 minutes, with an overcoat time of just 30 minutes. It is odourless, making it suitable for indoor applications, and can be easily recoated with standard wall paints. This product is versatile, adhering well to various surfaces including concrete, plaster, particle board, existing coatings, and wallpaper.
We try to process all orders within 24 hours from reception of the order. They are then sent via a next day delivery service. As such our delivery time from order is 2-3 working days. If the item is not stock or is currently out of stock, it may take up to 7 working days for you to receive your order. Please note that no orders are processed over the Weekend, Bank Holidays or Christmas period.
All orders are checked thoroughly before sending them to you. You may return stock items only up to 14 days from the order being accepted. However bespoke items that are made to order, or items ordered in for you, may not be returned unless faulty. We will only accept returns of these items if they are defective.
